Introduction to Heritage Site

The colonial-veranda-style building is 20 meters in breadth and 25 meters in depth, consisting of a main building and an annex building with a distance of 0.95 meters. The front elevation of the main building is set with a connected corridor and the rails of the second floor are decorated with glazed-potter vases. The middle of the gate of the first floor is set with stone steps. The double-pitched roof is covered with red flat tiles and bricks with triangular pediments. The annex building contains two stories with arched windows. The handling of the arched corridor in the front elevation, eaves and stratification lines demonstrates rich details and a strong three-dimensional sense. The style of doors, windows and rails combine local Chinese features. The entire building looks quaint and shows a strong three-dimensional sense. The gatehouse shows European style and the brick walls are special.
