The building was built in the 1920s and 1930s. The building was originally built by Zhu Shitou and his friend Wang, so the roof guardrails on the east and west sides are different. The west guardrail is decorated with flower like cement, the east guardrail is decorated with geometric cement, and the interior is decorated with western flower tiles. The facade wall is made of gray water brush stone. The first and second floors have corridors. The columns on the east and west sides are slightly different. The west side is a column, and the east side is a square column. The facade of the mountain flower has a baroque style. The details are finely carved. The railings are hollowed out. The styles of the east and the west are different. The colonnades and walls are simply decorated. The railings of the parapets and balconies are extremely rich in shape. The west side of the building was occupied by Wang, who later sold it to Xu Shoucong.
